Zaydek Kreede James

Zaydek Kreede James was born on January 17, 2013 in Perryton, Texas. He grew up on the family farm learning to enjoy the country life. He really liked to help feed cows for his family, learning to drive ATV’s, going to the lake, playing with his brother and sister and most of all, chasing and tormenting frogs. He finished kindergarten this year at Balko. This summer he was a member of the Balko T-Ball team and really loved his team and the sport. Anyone that knows him knows his smile could light up any room he walked into and was willing to help anyone and everyone in need. He was so proud of his family and loved spending time with all of them telling stories, cuddling and giving hugs to them out of the blue. Recently his Dad taught him to ride his bike without his training wheels with the help of his brother. He was a determined boy and was riding his bike by himself after just a couple of hours of never giving up. His precious life was cut short on June 26, 2019 due to a freak accident on the farm doing what he loved, HELPING!

He was preceded in death by his great grandmas, Bonita James and RaeDena Watson; his Grandpa Bill O’Dell; his other great grandparents Alvin and Elsie Cowan; his great great Granny, Opal James.

Zaydek is survived by his mom and dad, Kara and Carl Roberts; his brother, Braylan James and his sister, KaeDena Roberts; his grandparents, Greg James, Krista and Jerald Bennett and Linda O’Dell; his great grandparents, M.C. and Becky James and Willard and Patty McDaniel, Aunt TT and Uncle Kenny and cousin Kaden and many numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and many beloved friends.
