William Lee Tedder was born August 9, 1948 in Beaver, Oklahoma to Cecil Ray and Mary Ellen (Hewitt) Tedder. He attended school and then he served in the United States Army. Billy was many things but before he got ill, his last job was a Truck Driver. Memorial Services are listed and interment will be after the service in the Forgan Cemetery.
