Marie del Refugio Chavez

Maria Chavez was born to Gregorio Bonilla and Andrea Tarango on February 26, 1924 in Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico. She has been a resident of Beaver, Oklahoma since 2007.  She was a homemaker and was a member of the Catholic Church. Her husband preceded her in death.   

Maria passed on February 4, 2017 in the Beaver County Nursing Home, Beaver, Oklahoma at the age of 92

She survived by her sons, Ramon, Carlos, and Hector of Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico and Jose, Luis, Romeo and Aucencio of Beaver, Oklahoma; her daughter, Martina Chavez of El Monte, California; 26 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
