Hugh Richard "Dick" VanMiddlesworth

Hugh Richard (Dick) Van Middlesworth was born January 11, 1919 to Hugh Richard and Minnie Martha Lietzke Van Middlesworth. He met and married Beulah Edith Warner Van Middlesworth on December 31, 1941 in Chanute, Kansas. Dick had an active life which included his love of gardening, fishing and hunting. He worked for Texaco in the oilfield which brought his family here to Beaver, Oklahoma from Eastern Kansas in the late 50’s. He was preceded in death by his wife of 75 years, his parents, brother, sister, son, grandson and great granddaughter.

Dick passed away at Beaver County Nursing Home on June 12, 2018 at the age of 99.

He is survived by his son, Charles Lynn Van Middlesworth and wife Barbara of Kansas City, Kansas and his daughter, Dena Ann Van Middlesworth Mahaffey and husband Leroy of Beaver, Oklahoma and his beautiful grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends. Heaven has gained a wonderful man.
