Connie Rae Calvin

Connie Rae Tedder Calvin was born September 20, 1949 in Beaver, OK. to Cecil Ray Tedder and Mary  Ellen (Windle) Tedder.  Connie was raised by Cecil and Sue Tedder and later Pearl and Bill Tedder in Forgan, OK.  She married C.D. Calvin on February 17, 1968 from which two children were born, David Wayne Calvin of Sidney, Mt. and Leta Dawn (Calvin) Collins of Kingwood, TX.

Connie enjoyed raising her children, travelling, playing bingo and enjoyed playing slot machines periodically at the casinos.  She was employed by Walmart for 20 years as a cashier and retired in 2017.  After retirement she relocated to Kingwood, TX to be with her daughter.

Connie Rae (Tedder) Calvin passed from this earth on September 4, 2021 in Kingwood, TX. With her family by her side.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil & Mary Ellen Tedder, her step mother Sue Osteen, her great Aunt & Uncle, Pearl & Bill Tedder, one brother William Tedder and one sister Barbara Tedder.

Connie is survived by her children David Calvin of Sidney, MT. and Leta Collins of Kingwood, TX., one grandchild Jed Calvin of Watford City, ND., her brother Harold Tedder of Hinton, OK., brother Allen Tedder of Centerton, AR., sister Joyce Clark of Beaver, OK, and Cecil Tedder of Forgan, OK., as well as several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

A brief gathering will be held afterwards at the Golden Agers in Forgan, OK.
