Amelia June Cowan

Amelia June Cowan was born December 15, 1942 in Beaver, Oklahoma to Ralph Carr and Elizabeth Ellen (Frazee) Gregory. She graduated high school and married the love of her life, Stevie R. Cowan on May 20, 1961 in Booker, Texas. She was a homemaker, cheerleader for her kids and grandkids and other families kids as well. She loved her gardening and cooking.

Amelia passed at her home on September 19, 2019 at the age of 76 years old.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Stevie R. Cowan; her sons, Mitch Cowan of Balko, Oklahoma, Shane Cowan of Perryton, Texas, Casey Cowan of Balko, Oklahoma; daughters, Jodon Rawls of Mission, Texas, Carmen Cowan of Beaver, Oklahoma, Nakia Cowan Mandeville, Louisiana and Amy Smith of Balko, Oklahoma; 18 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
